"Data from Web" ... Stopped working / no Refresh

Hi

I have a worksheet which has a conection setup via "Data >> from Web" which eventually pulls data from url - "https://www1.nseindia.com/live_market/dynaContent/live_watch/option_chain/optionKeys.jsp?symbolCode=" But now it has stopped working and gets stuck, and upon pressing escape buton, it gives error / warning message as - Unable to open <hyperlink address >. The Hyperlink can't be followed to the destination.

Pl Note, when setting up connection, it allows you but it won't work after you close the file or restart machine.

When researching I came across that it's an issue with Cookies from website which excel query can address, but I don't want Web Query and need Data from Web connection to work.

Can someone help pl. I am not able to find any working solution, so asking experts here.
