From what I can see have given some sample data and asked a question about it. I am not certain what you want or where you want it so I am asking you to manually prepare the result(s) that you want and show that to us.

I need to format the data like the one provided in the sheet attached

I cannot see how those dates are related to your sample data in post 1 which seems to have nothing indicating 1981.
I cannot see how you got 10.5 to be the first value from your sample data in post 1. My guess would have been that 1 Jan would have been 11.1
