Data formatting Question

Hi all!

I am using a data scraper to pull info from the web and an struggling to transform it in a way that's easily read.

Right now the csv file comes out like this:

Title - data
Title - data
Title - data

And then it repeats in blocks like that. What I want is to move the titles into the columns and then have the right side with all the data moved into the corresponding columns with the appropriate titles like

Title1 title2 title3
Data1 data2 data3

Can you post a good representative sample of the data.

As you can see - the data has titles that repeat with every new entry. Ideally i would like to have it wear the titles are the headings of each column and then each entry is in a row below the correct title.

I tried this but then it repeated all the titles in the columns and made the thing incredibly wide - ideally I would like the titles to just be one column for each title i.e. "Word Mark" and then under it would be each entry below it
