Hello, I hope you doing good

I have an issue see the attached image. It has 3 rows Username, Reporting, and date. now I want to see what danu66 posted on 8 August 2023. This is data where an employee reports what he will be doing every day so the data will be updated daily, which means the name of the employee (the name is unique) will come every day. I want to get the data of a person on a particular data how can I do that? Please help

shnub Now your table has filters in it. Do you not want to use these filters? I filtered on the name and got the results below. Am I missing something? Let's get the ball rolling and start the discussion. And If you could download that XL2BB app it would be nice. Then you could show us input and output.

I will be creating another sheet where this data will come same like this, and this above will be the source of a data I want to get filter it. I used xlookup but the issue is I don't know how to put two condition like I want to search danu66 only of a particular date

One way to use XLOOKUP with two criteria is to make an addional column with the two criteria concatenated together, ie:
In column E
Excel Formula:
=A2&C2
Then in the sheet you're searching from you do this with the search data and refer to column E in your source data

Ok Shnub if I may be so forward as to guess at what you want. I have 2 worksheets. Original and Data. So you want to be able to put 2 conditions for input and Data would be the output. Is this close to what you are asking for? If it is then we can start from here. If it's not then we have to try something else.
