Hi All

I am attempting to build a form that utilizes a large list of data approximately of 40k lines. I want to use the data validation list (or any drop down list, combo box, etc) that will filter this data to be selected by a user.

For example selecting the department would filter the buildings that are associated with that department, then select a building and filter the rooms dependent on what building is selected.

If you selected Dept DF, there are 25 building associated with that department. Then depending of the building selected filter on the rooms based on the building. Once the room is selected display the group coded and project from the 3 filters set previously. The other wrinkle is to eliminate duplicates in the department and buildings.

Using the standard filter in the example below provides the same results below but I wanted to display it in a user form based on a drop down list or a data validation list. Also the standard filter eliminates all duplicates and only displays the unique elements up to 10k values. Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.
Chris
