Hi fellas,
I am trying to accomplish a warehouse data entry, where at the end of the row a macro can be activated to send the data entered to a preset label tamplate. This preset label, along with its cells, is to be re-usable for the next row of information; which again would be sent by the command macro.
The goal is to enter the data in a row of 10 cells, then these to be used to autopopulate the label when clicking on the command macro.
The data must remain in the first worksheet, and the macro must work from whatever row I am entering the data, as I continue entering it.
That is where I can't figuere out, how to refer the collected info to go to proper cell in the label tamplate.

I would really appreicate any help with this.

You probably just want a mail merge in Word and use Word's label templates for this.

I thought about mail merge, but the issue is that the data entry is a progressive, at the moment, as we receive the cargo in the warehouse. It is not data waiting to be entered. Thus, once we receive the cargo, we enter its info in a row of cells and at the end, a label would need to be printed to be pasted it onto the cargo. This way, a data entry is created and recorded, and the label is produced.
