Data entry from excel to terminal

Needed help in inputing data from excel to terminal ,excel contains only 10 digit numbers to be Inputted into main frame any idea please

Hi yep this was a duplicate post , Randomly posted twice which did not on first time , apologies and any help to me in macro pley
