Good Day all,

I want to create a form to input data on a spread sheet the form should contain fields such as ( Date , Customer, Location, Model, Service Type, Problem, Assignee and Notes. The form should come up when you select New Ticket Button. The filled out entries then go into the spread sheet as an entry.

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
how about creating a microsoft form that directly connects to an Excel file? Go to excel online, and go to insert > forms > new form

Do you know if there is a way to create a button on the spreadsheet that activates the ribbon form feature?

You could use a userform directly in your workbook to do what you want with a button on the sheet to activate it.
