Data Entry Form - Refresheses 2 to 3 times

Hi

I have a data entry form that when you click of the navigation buttons to scroll forward, backward, to the first record, to the last record, etc., the form appears to refresh or maximise itself 2 or 3 times. Not a major problem but one of those irksome problems that'll annoy the **** out of the users. I've looked for any occurrence of DoCmd.Maximise but can't see any. My other data entry forms don't do this. It's unique to this one form. This form uses 5 tabs to split the form into 5 parts.

Any ideas how to solve this problem?
