Hi all

Apologies if there were similar post, if so can you please link me to them.

I have a single excel sheet downlaoded from a SharePoint list that gets updated daily. It has deadlines, multiple goal deadlines, multiple statuses, financial information. From this one datasource i want to create a dashboard with a gantt chart tracking the deadlines, charts showing financial spend, statuses of the tracked items, there is a columen tracking slippage and lag so a chart for that as well. Is this possible? I know that i can extract the different data types to new tables abd create the grapgs etc but i want this to update dynamically, if SP is updated then i just refresh and the graphs etc update. The only thing i could think of was creating multiple copies of the same sheet for each of the charts, that would mean the file was gona get pretty big so any alternative ideas would be appreciated.

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
yes, but you need to create pivot tables or meaningful data sequences with labels that you can make charts with.
Why not post some sanitized data and give some ideas for the visualizations you want. You can share the data to a share site like dropbox or use the xl2bb add in to post a mini worksheet.
(please do not simply post an image, as the forum would need to completely recreate your data). If you can't use the xl2bb then post your data as a table (copy and paste from excel into a chat).
