Hi All,

I have created slicers from my raw data which currently provides summarized data.

I would now like to create automated dashboards on my file monthly. Like showing a trend line vs prior months, expected costs for future months.

I would also like do some deeper analysis into the numbers. Like Costs / User. Hours / Month. These are overall numbers are available through my slicers. I know I could divide one row by the other to arrive at the cost / user. Is there a more automated / better way to do this?

I would like to compare costs by regions. Like compare storage costs in Middle East vs that in Japan, Australia. The total costs are available in my file. I can review regions by their currencies which is also on the file. How should I best compare Storage costs per user.

My objective is to create meaningful and insightful analysis out of the data which isnt readily available.

Thank you for all your help and guidance.

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
maybe you can share the workbook data with the forum? Not really sure what suggestions we can make without knowing what your data is like or about?
