Cannot save worksheets due to the error "Damage to the file was so extensive that repairs were not possible. Excel attempted to save your formulas and values, but some data may have been lost or corrupted". Is there any way to safe my files?

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
The thing is, I already updated the sheets and I am trying to save my work but this error is stopping me.
