I am fairly new to Macros. I would like to cut and paste data from Sheet 1 into Sheet 2. I need to keep the headings in Column A (sheet1) & only want to cut and paste the data from column B to column K. I am trying to keep a current room registry. So column A is all the rooms and I do not want to delete the room numbers. I want to use the command button to select the row and move the data from column B-K into sheet 2 once the occupant has left the room. I have labeled this button "discharge" as this is a healthcare setting. Sheet 2 is my history.

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
