Customized Sum function

You can see that I have used filters(Detailtab), Sum(9,E:E) formula (detail tab) and SumIF formula(Summary tab). I have now been asked to exclude any negative remaining when I total the numbers. Can you please help update my formulas to do so?

Would that change the sum if I want the total to change when I use various filters?

Can you please send a simple data and a desired result
If I understand you right then try this :

=SUMPRODUCT(--(D3:D6>0),SUBTOTAL(9,OFFSET(D3:D6,ROW(D3:D6)-ROW(A2),0,1)))

That worked perfectly! Thank you so much! Wish I could understand each part of the formula.

Is there an easy way to total if I have 3 cells in a row (not in consecutive columns) that I need to see if they are positive or negative and only add the positive numbers?
