I'm using a pivot table and am using a slicer to focus on the data in the Axis section. When the slicer appears, it automatically sorts the list in alphabetical order. I can see where I can change it from alphabetical ascending to descending, but I need it to display in the order of the list as presented in the original data. How can I do this?

Thanks in advance.

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
You can do this by going (now go with me here...cuz it didn't make sense to me either) File > Options > Advanced

Scroll down to the General section and click the "Edit Custom Lists..." button. Select NEW LIST in the Custom lists, then enter the items in your list in the List entries in your desired order. Then click Add and then go back to your workbook, sort your slicer A>Z once again and it should match the custom list.
