Custom Validation

how i put custom validation on below details

if i m having multiple companies with diffrent products

for expamle
if i m selecting foods = Chicken , Burger
Cold drinks = pepsi,coke,7up,sprite

if i select one of above company only product will show in next colums nothing else than this can anyone help me with this.

when you select above company? what company are you talking about? the drinks? what do you want to show when you select a drink? do you have a sample data set?
