Custom UIEditor

I'm getting familiar with customizing the ribbon using the UI Editor. One thing I'm wondering though. Will anyone be able to open up my file using the UI Editor and change the programming that I have? IE: Disabling commands, adding a custom menu, etc?

Is there anyway to prevent these changes?
 

Excel Facts

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
