Hi All,
I have a column named RESP TIME, with the custom format of [h]:mm. It is not a calculated field in the spreadsheet, it is simply a numeric value. In the spreadsheet, I can select multiple rows of the data, and it will count, sum, average as expected. If I attempt to add that field to a pivot table, specifically as an average, I get the #DIV/0! error. How can I get this to behave within the pivot table? I've changed the format of the fields in the PT to match the spreadsheet, and have tried this both through the usual column formatting, as well as the number format through adding the field to the PT, and am still getting the same result.
Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
