Custom ribbon - Array not working

Hello guys,
I have an issue with filter from array..I created custom ribbon and running macro via ribbon (control As IRibbonControl) and filter will find nothing but if I run it from visual basic editor it will find it, do you know what can be the issue?

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
