custom number formating in excel cells

Hi Everybody,

Does anybody know if it's possible and what is the synthax for in the automatic format cells menu to :
- force excell to align the sign - to the right close the number before ( -9.5 instead of having (- 9.5)
- Automatically put a + before positive numbers (+9.5 instead of 9.5)

Thanks a lot for your help
