Custom Number Format

I looked through quite a bit of posts to see if I could find one that was similar to my question but couldn't find it (if there is, sorry, please link it and that will be greatly appreciated).
Anyway, I have a custom number format I want to use where, for example, 2+00 is treated as 200, any idea on how to do this?
More examples:
0+25 = 25
25+25 = 2525

Will this let me add 2 together (seperate cells)? I'm looking to be able to add 2 of them.
Example: 2+00 + 0+25 = 2+25
In numbers: 200 + 25 = 225

Another way is =CONCATENATE(A1,B1)

Put 25 in A1 and 25 in B1 and you get 2525
