Custom functions on Excel Right-click menu (not working)

Our company is using 64-bit MS Office under Windows 10. We used to have several of the custom functions on the Excel right-click menu, but now they do not work. I am not sure if they have been disabled by Microsoft or the company. Does anyone have any insight? Thank you in advance. WheelsGuy
 

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
