Custom Data Validation formula for specific sequence of text and numbers

Hi, this is beyond my skills. I need to restrict cells in a column to the following format ABC445566.

That is, that it must start with "ABC" and then contain any 6 digits. Can I do this with Data Validation? Cannot use VBA on this spreadsheet
