I extracted some code from my project and created an Excel Add-In with it. The project now references the Add-In and everything seems to work fine, however if I completely close down Excel and try to open the project directly, Excel crashes.

If I open some other Excel file or create a Blank Workbook AND make sure the Add-In is opened first, the project loads as it should. Is this a Trust Center issue?

Used the troubleshooter from Microsoft https://support.microsoft.com/en-hk...crashing-and-not-responding-issues-with-excel and got an "Emerging Issue 6619", which apparently resolved the problem, but obviously not...

Having an absolute nightmare with this... any help would be greatly appreciated.

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
Managed to resolve the problem.

In "Excel Options", I manually added the Add-In via the "Add-Ins" Menu.

I think this is a Trust Center issue with permissions to run macros. Strange because the location of my add-in has been added to the Trust Center locations - not sure if its because the add-in isn't stored at the default Excel Add-Ins folder.
