Cursor not changing from '+' to 'hand' on a couple of random cells with hyperlinks

I am working with a report that contains a row filled with emails. For some reason, on a couple of random cells in that row, the cursor will not change to a "little hand", indicating that you can click on it. It just displays as the normal white cross. It does, however, still display the notification that you can click on the link to email - and clicking it does create an email. The cursor just won't change. It is only doing this on a couple of random cells. The rest of the cells in the row all behave properly, with the cursor changing to the hand. Any idea why this would be happening?
