Current Time macro & command button

How do I create a macro and command button for an Access Form.
User should click command button and have current time enter into Start Time field.

The Button's Click event should have code like this:

[Start Time] = Now()

Format the Start Time field to display Short Time.

To create the event procedure, do this:

Go to the Properties of the button
Select the Events tab
Double-click the blank line next to Click, so you see Event procedure.
Click the Builder (...) button at the end of the line, which will take you to the code window.
