Current Mode of Operations, Future Mode of Operations Triangle

Here is the setup. I have a team. It has 200 members. In this team there are 5 different levels of individual performers and no leaders. These levels represent the skill level of the individuals (Novice, Trainee, Middlest, Mentor, Genius). Each of those levels represents some portion of the 200 total. Novice, 30. Trainee, 40. Middlest, 90. Mentor, 30. Genius ,10.

Chart these in a 'bar graph' so that the levels (Novice at the bottom, Genius at the top) are the Y axis and the count is the X axis. Draw a shape by connecting the end of the bars with a line. This shape gives you some idea of the proportions of the team. This represents the Current Mode of Operations.

There are 2 challenges I am struggling with in this quest to define the current mode vs future mode in a chart:

1.) How can I draw a proportional triangle using the data from the current mode to showcase the bloat visually? I tried placing an isosoles triangle shape on the screen then draggin the tip of the triagle (yellow square) left so that the triagle was more of a right triangle aligned on the Y and X axis. Then I tried editing the points to make a curve of the hypotenuse ... but it just looks funny. But that is essentially what I am hoping to do ... demonstrate how the team dynamics today deform a triangular shape.

2.) How can I use excel intelligently and mathematically calculate the future mode of operations which should look like a perfect right triangle? For instance Novice 5, Trainee, 4, ... Genius 1. Aligning those points would make a nice triangular shape.

Looking for some expertise here because I have tried a multitude of approaches to no avail.

Easy bullets in Excel
If you have a numeric keypad, press Alt+7 on numeric keypad to type a bullet in Excel.
I tried looking around online as well to see if there were shapes that excel could plastically deform ... but no luck on plug-ins etc.
