I have a due date in a column, and I want a reminder. I want to take the current date minus 90 days and if the due date falls within this range then a msg box will pop up. I know how to do the msgbox, but don't know the formula in a query to get this to happen. Thanks

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
datmin90= dateadd("d", -90, Date()) will give you a date 90 days previous. Then you can compare your due date to it with IF duedate BETWEEN datmin90 and Date(). I believe you can also put this in a query.
