Ctrl+Down (Not Ctrl+Shift+Down) Stopped Working (Excel 2010 - Windows XP)

I use Microsoft Excel 2010 on an XP computer. I use Ctrl+Arrow and Ctrl+Shift+Arrow everyday; however, since last week, Ctrl+Down Arrow has stopped working. Ctrl+Shift+Down works. Ctrl+Up, Ctrl+Left, Ctrl+Right, Ctrl+Page Up and Ctrl+Page Down all work, too. I've restarted my computer, tried using a different keyboard, made sure Lotus compatibility - Transition navigation keys was unchecked in the Advanced section of Excel Options, and verified that Ctrl+Down works on another company XP computer that uses Excel 2010. I'm now at my wits-end. How do I get Ctrl+Down to work, again.

Thanks,

David

If you start Excel in safe mode (hold Ctrl while starting normally) does the key combo work?

Did you install any new software last week? The most likely thing I can think of is another program intercepting that key combo.

Yes, kinda...I had to reinstall some tasks in RoboTask and one of them (for some unknown reason) had a hot-key of Ctrl+Down. Why I didn't catch it was because it was an old one that did nothing. Thank you for your help!

Glad to help - and welcome to the forum, by the way! :)
