CSV vs Notepad Issue

Hi,

I hope I'm posting this question in the correct area. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have created an excel csv (2010) file with 3 rows. When I open this file with Notepad, it puts the data on multiple (7) rows.
The issue seems to be coming from the headers in the csv file of which there are 158. Notepad is cutting off these headers and dropping them down to rows 2, 3 etc.

My question: Is there a way to keep all my headers on 1 single row in Notepad?

Ideally, in Notepad I would like to see:
Row 1 = Headers
Row 2 = Data
Row 3 = Data

I'm saving the xls as a "csv (comma delimited) (*.csv).

Thanks in advance for your help.

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Welcome to the forum.

As far as I know, Notepad has a fixed line length limit of 1024 characters and will wrap a line after that. You could try using Notepad++ which doesn't have the same limit.
