The only data I need from the above is the name and the login time (not the logout time). When I first link the report to PP, it imports fine. The issue however is when I edit the Login Time column to show the time in decimal and if the file is update, I get the following error when trying to refresh:

We couldn’t refresh the connection. Please go to existing connections and verify they connect to the file or server.

I assume I have to have the time in decimal so that the pivottable can show me the time rather than just a "1" for count (I can't do MIN while the format in PP is no decimal).

What am I doing wrong here?

Thanks in advance,

James
