CSV en excel

Tenemos un archivo CSV que abríamos a la perfección con Excel 2000. Al instalar Excel XP, al abrirlo, no mantiene los formatos de filas y columnas. Queremos saber cómo debemos abrir el documento en Excel XP para que nos mantenga los formatos.
