Hello!

I have conducted a survey and now I am required to show how the answers vary depending on two variables: Q9 and Q10. I can easily do a two way cross tabulation, but how do I analyse each question against both variables?

To give more background: Questions 1-2 relate to employee satisfaction and questions 9 and 10 relate to the type of contract and length of service, respectively.

Many thanks for your help!

This is what I struggle with! Let's take Q4- we have asked if the staff are satisfied with our new joiner program. Majority of the temp staff disagreed, while the majority of the perm staff agreed. I want to show how that also depends on the length of their service (we have modified the program some time ago, and the new joiners don't like it...)there are temp members of staff who have been working for more than 2 years- should that be shown as a correlation first?
