I'm doing a very simple report. I have a bolean field that I converted to 0 and 1 using sql CASE.

In the virtual view is defined as an Int.

When I create the Crosstab, the values column is the column RevSup that I converted to 1 and 0.

For some reason is not summing all the records that it should. It sees one of the same event, displays one and ignores the rest. I know I have 16 records with a value of 1. The crosstab only counts 11. I'm adding an image of the crosstab and an image of the pivot table in excel.

When they said...
When they said you are going to "Excel at life", they meant you "will be doing Excel your whole life".
Hello, it is nigh impossible to advise based on the description given. Maybe best to re-try to explain the situation.

Does a different query, I'm thinking a simple SELECT query, reveal which data is not reporting as expected? Or at least confirm the result.
