Creation of Access Question Database

Hi! I am looking to develop an Access-based databse that will allow a user to test subjects on various questions. The database should be able to save answers, and provide feedback to the tester. Also, I would like to be able to generate a random generator that would select random questions such that the database would generate a random number of questions per chosen selection. Can anyone point me in the right direction? As always, thanks for all the support!
