I'm looking for an Excel User Form that my students in my Test Prep Class can access at home to insert their missed questions into for any particular test. I'd like each student to enter their name, ID and password , and the specific questions for each students appear before them or unlocked. I dont Want students to have access to all questions in the sheet. only specific questions needs to be answered. They have their own cells with their own password so that only they can edit their respective cells. The sheet would then be able to display the overall percentage of students that missed any given question on a test. For example I have a diagnostic system using Excel for my students already but I'd like to spruce it up with additional features.
