Hi All,
i need to create an invoice for a new client although its proving to be a little difficult as he wants me to calculate things by the minute.

So i have an hourly rate of $50 ex tax (tax is 10%)
im looking to just input my hours & minutes and the formula automatically calculates the tax amount only as well as the total amount with tax.

is this possible with a formula?

thanks
Sam

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
if i understood it right
assume that your time will be in A1 like this 6:15
so the formula in b1 will be
Code:
=A1*24*your hourly rate*1.1
