I usually get an error message whenever I am creating a form in excel using the "form" option in the Excel ribbon because I have a lot of columns which consequently means I am gonna need a lot of fields for the form. Is there any way to remedy this?

I was thinking that maybe it is possible if I use multiple forms that flows from one to the next, and so on. But I don't know how to do it.

I have MS Office 365 by the way.

So basically, my problems are:

1. Creating the form needing lots of fields
2. Launching the form without needing to open the Excel file.
3. Creating drop-down menu for some of the fields with definite options
4. Linking the data to a table with previous entries already
5. Making it interactive

And if possible,
6. Structuring the form so that the same exact data gets entered in 2 different workbooks (basically making 2 copies of the database).

I hope someone can help me with this. I really need it.

Thanks in advance!
