Hi, So i am trying to create an Excel template were I can export data out of an ERP and paste it in an excel template to help extra the start and end dates. The first row shows you what im trying to pull out of the data from Paste Info column. For the most part there will always be ". . . ." before the start of the Start Date but after the End date could be different based on term. I have started with =RIGHT(Y2,(FIND("....",Y2,1)-6)) to tjust try some things but am getting stumped after this.

Thanks for Any help in advanced.

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
Try this

<table border="1" cellspacing="0" style="font-family:Calibri,Arial; font-size:11pt; background-color:#ffffff; "> <colgroup><col style="font-weight:bold; width:30px; " /><col style="width:183.45px;" /><col style="width:365.94px;" /><col style="width:173.94px;" /><col style="width:182.5px;" /></colgroup><tr style="background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; font-weight:bold; font-size:8pt; "><td > </td><td >A</td><td >B</td><td >C</td><td >D</td></tr><tr style="height:19px ;" ><td style="font-size:8pt; background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; " >1</td><td style="font-weight:bold; text-align:center; ">Pricing Context</td><td style="font-weight:bold; text-align:center; ">PASTE INFO</td><td style="font-weight:bold; text-align:center; ">Start - OUTPUT</td><td style="font-weight:bold; text-align:center; ">End - OUTPUT</td></tr><tr style="height:19px ;" ><td style="font-size:8pt; background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; " >2</td><td >SERVICE_INFORMATION</td><td >Service Information.Customer Product....01-JAN-2020.14-JAN-2020.14.DY..</td><td style="text-align:left; ">01-JAN-2020</td><td style="text-align:left; ">14-JAN-2020</td></tr><tr style="height:19px ;" ><td style="font-size:8pt; background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; " >3</td><td >SERVICE_INFORMATION</td><td >Service Information.Customer Product....01-JUL-2019.31-JUL-2019.1.MON..</td><td style="text-align:left; ">01-JUL-2019</td><td style="text-align:left; ">31-JUL-2019</td></tr><tr style="height:19px ;" ><td style="font-size:8pt; background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; " >4</td><td >SERVICE_INFORMATION</td><td >Service Information.Customer Product....01-AUG-2019.31-JUL-2020.1.YR..</td><td style="text-align:left; ">01-AUG-2019</td><td style="text-align:left; ">31-JUL-2020</td></tr><tr style="height:19px ;" ><td style="font-size:8pt; background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; " >5</td><td >SERVICE_INFORMATION</td><td >Service Information.Customer Product....01-JAN-2020.06-JAN-2020.6.DY..</td><td style="text-align:left; ">01-JAN-2020</td><td style="text-align:left; ">06-JAN-2020</td></tr></table><br /><table style="font-family:Arial; font-size:10pt; border-style: groove ;border-color:#00ff00;background-color:#fffcf9; color:#000000; "><tr><td ><b></b></td></tr><tr><td ><table border = "1" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="2" style="font-family:Arial; font-size:9pt;"><tr style="background-color:#cacaca; font-size:10pt;"><td >Cell</td><td >Formula</td></tr><tr><td >C2</td><td >=MID(B2,FIND("....",B2)+4,11)</td></tr><tr><td >D2</td><td >=MID(B2,FIND("....",B2)+16,11)</td></tr></table></td></tr></table>
