Creating Drop Down List (month) and clickable hyperlink to another cell within worksheet

Hello,

I have a spreadsheet that will show the months of the year horizontally. Each month is broken into 5 sections (ie, by week + notes). So, going horizontally, each Month will take up 5 Columns. Doing so means by the time I'm at December, I'm horizontally right ~60 columns.

I'd like to create a quick "hyperlink within worksheet" option, Ideally using a dropdown menu. When users select the month they'd like to quickly view (from the drop down), I'd like to be able to select (or "go" type function) that would hyperlink the user to that specific month. From the image below, March uses merged MNOPQ. I would create a label for that merged cell group ("March"). So, when users select Go (or however able) they would be hyperlinked to the labeled-cell "March"

NOTE: the spreadsheet/file will constantly have updated naming convention (as in v1, v2, v3 or date iterations)
