Creating bar chart with last year comparison

Hi,

I am working on an employee survey analysis. I would like to prepare a bar chart with the following information:

EXAMPLE
- Question: I feel motivated to work for the company.
- Result score 2017: 4,5
- Score difference vs. 2016: +1

I know how to create a simple bar chart with a question and 2017 result (4,5), but I am not sure how to add the third element (+1) to the chart. Do I have to write it manually next to each question on the chart?
