Creating a Timeline

Hello, I have had zero luck trying to build a timeline chart mainly because I have no idea what I'm doing. I appreciate any and all assistance.

My worksheet is working correctly in generating the correct times per task. Data is built in the following format:

Task Event Start Date Duration of Task
Step1 Process Files 10/9/2018 0 days, 7 hours and 40 minutes

A total of 5 steps.

Please let me know what I have done wrong and how to build the chart.
