creating a summary table

hey guys

i would like to create a summary of the table into the table below in which when data is entered in the general table the summary table will only show the which have defects such as the poles that are rotten will show up in the table below , also the the pole number from the above table with regards the its defective pole should be shown in the summary along as the location
