Creating a sigmoidal curve in excel

I am very bad with excel and am just learning to use it. Can anyone help me figure out how to create a sigmoidal curve with these values?

There is a lot of good information available if you search the web for excel create a sigmoidal curve

Ive tried searching for way to create it and just can't seem to figure it out, or the equations. I am not good with excel or prism. is there anyway you could help? Thanks!
