Creating a Phasor (Quadrant) diagram (chart)

Can someone provide step by step instructions for how to make a Phasor (Quadrant) diagram (chart) like the screen shot below? This is 360° chart, that should rotate counterclockwise. V1 will always be at 0°.
Here is the data for the attached chart:
V1=0°
I1=10°
V2=120
I2=130°
V3=240°
I3=250°

Where are you measuring the angle from? Is it V1? I1 does not look like 10 degrees from V1 counterclockwise.

I used a screen shot for the graphic and I made a ball-park guess for the angles. I'll use real data when I have a working spreadsheet. The V1, V2, V3 are voltage angles and I1, I2, I3 are current angles that will be measured with a meter. I'll see if I can build this now and I'll let you know how it works out. Thank you!

Yes, I watched the video and it was helpful but the vectors are still off.

Your chart legend looks off. Check the series name and data points. It should go counterclockwise as the angle increases.

Try applying RADIANS() to the angle.
