Creating a MACRO to automatically update Basketball Conference Standings

I know enough to know what a macro is, and can do some very, very simple ones. But I am trying to get to automatically update 3 sets of Conference Standings on the same worksheet (right side of picture). Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
