Creating a hyperlink that has a subject line in the email

I am creating a yearly report for my company, and I have an email column that we can enter in the individual’s email address in the cell. When we click on the email address it does what it is supposed to do; however, I want to go a step beyond that. I want the email to prefill the subject line with another column. Is that possible, if so how can I do this?<o></o>

I am sorry but I am new to the excel brianstorming idea. I tried your soluation and I did not get anywhere.

example:

DATE EMAIL SUBJECT

1-1 unknown@as.com John Doe

1-2 goodluck@as.com Jane Doe

1-2 test@123.com Joe Cool

So when I click on the email address like unknown@as.com and it goes to my email, I would like to show John Doe as the subject line. I have about 200 columns where I can enter in anyone's email address, so it will not be a set list. I hope this helps out a little bit more, as I am trying to learn a new program.

You need this in the EMAIL column:

unknown@as.com?subject=John Doe

or in D2:

=HYPERLINK("mailto:"&B2&"?subject="&C2)
