Creating a graph illustrating a channel cross section using stream velocity and depth

Hello, I would really appreciate some help creating a chart that illustrates the various stream velocities with respect to stream depth. I have the values for both velocity and depth, as well as section midpoint values. I just have to know how I would go about creating a chart like this in Excel. Thank you.

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.

you can create the cross section using the geometry shown in the imgur file you attached.
You need to change the x-values so they are increasing from left to right as I did in column A.
Select the x and y values for horizontal and vertical: ( I put them in columns A and B)

Then select Insert>Scatter>Scatter with Straight Lines...there is your plot.
