Creating a form using two or more tables

Hi there, I'm trying to create a form using fields several tables. Is this possible? If so, how do I go about it?

Any pointers would be grand.

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
Create a query where you link your tables and select the fields you want to display (you can also link queries to tables). Then use this query as the record source for your form.
