Creating a dashboard

Hello. My boss give me a raw data and ask me to create a dashboard with function like: If I type the tax ID from a search box (for example) it will get the profile of that tax ID from Raw data and display it in a dashboard. Any idea how should I start and what typle of dashboard I should create. If there is a link for youtube tutorisl will be a great help. Thank you.
